BMX riders gathered in Tacoma, Washington, to show off their skills, hang out with other riders and have a good time. But this was no dirt track out in the country or bike park. This was someone’s home in the city, converted into the ultimate BMX party house to indulge the love of that sport. Over the course of the day, as the beer ran out, the front porch collapsed under the weight of people who came there to watch. The burgeoning crowd included disappointed people who were refused entry but still watched from the alleyway. Bands played nonstop while riders from around the Pacific Northwest showed their stuff.
